Privacy Policy

We collect information you give us when you create an account (name, email, company), information about how you use ReplyBash, and the content you connect to train your agent.

• Account details and billing information
• Website pages, files and Q&A you add as sources
• Conversations between your visitors and your agent
• Usage data such as log-ins, clicks and device information

We use information to provide and improve ReplyBash, to keep it secure, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not use your content or your visitors' conversations to train models for other customers.

When a visitor chats with your agent, you are the data controller and ReplyBash acts as your processor. Visitors' personal data is processed only on your instructions, as described in our Data Processing Addendum.

We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the service, such as cloud hosting and AI model providers, under contracts that protect your data. A current list is on our Subprocessors page.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep conversation data for as long as your retention setting allows (90 days by default) and delete it within 30 days of account closure.

When you connect a WhatsApp Business number, a Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account, ReplyBash receives the messages people send to it through Meta's APIs, so your agent can answer them. We store each message, the sender's name and their WhatsApp number or Meta-provided user ID with the conversation, and the access token for your account, encrypted.

We use this data only to answer those messages and to show the conversations to your team. It is never sold or used for advertising. Conversations follow your retention setting; disconnecting an account deletes its token. See Data deletion to remove data.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
