The short version
- Disconnecting WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram deletes its access token at once.
- Conversations can be deleted one by one, all at once, or automatically after a set time.
- Deleting your agent deletes everything it holds.
- Anyone can ask us to delete their data at [email protected].
1. If you connected an account to ReplyBash
- Disconnect the account in Channels. Its access token is deleted and new messages stop reaching us.
- Delete conversations in Conversations, or all of them in Settings › Danger zone › Clear conversations.
- Set Settings › Data retention so conversations are deleted automatically.
- Delete your agent in Settings › Danger zone to delete its conversations, leads and knowledge.
2. If you messaged a business that uses ReplyBash
Ask the business to delete your conversation, or email [email protected] with the business's name and your WhatsApp number or the account you messaged from. We delete your messages and contact details within 30 days and confirm by email.
3. Removing ReplyBash from Facebook
In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations, select ReplyBash and remove it. This revokes our access, and we disconnect the Pages and Instagram accounts you connected and delete their tokens. To delete the conversations as well, follow section 1. If you ask Facebook to delete your data from ReplyBash instead, we do the same and Facebook gives you a confirmation code and a page showing what was deleted.
