ReplyBash vs Chatbase: a Chatbase alternative for small sites
Both train an AI agent on your website and put it on your site as a chat widget. Chatbase has more channels and developer features today. ReplyBash costs less to start: its paid plans begin at $29 a month for 2,000 credits, where Chatbase's first paid plan is $40 for 700.

What they have in common
Both tools read your website and answer visitors' questions from it in a chat widget. Both have a free plan, a 7-day trial on paid plans and a message-credit model: one reply uses one credit, and the plan sets how many you get each month.
That makes the real difference the price per credit and what comes in each plan. ReplyBash Starter is $29 a month ($23 billed yearly) for 2,000 message credits, with a 7-day free trial. Chatbase Hobby is $40 a month for 700 credits; Standard is $150 for 4,000.
How the free plans differ
ReplyBash's free plan gives 100 message credits a month and lets the agent read up to 50 pages. Chatbase's gives 50 credits a month, and says agents are deleted after 14 days of inactivity.
Either is enough to test on your own site. Neither is meant for a site with steady traffic.
How the agent gets better after launch
In ReplyBash, questions the agent couldn't answer are listed on the Overview page. You type the answer once under Add Q&A, and the agent uses your wording from then on. You can also add short text snippets and upload files such as price lists.
Check Chatbase's current documentation for how it handles the same job.
