Tidio began as live chat for support teams. Its pricing page lists live chat and ticketing on every plan, and its AI agent, Lyro, is sold by conversation on top.
ReplyBash starts from the AI agent. It reads your site, answers with a link to the source page, collects leads with forms and lets your team take over any chat from the inbox. It isn't a full ticketing system.
